With effect from 8 March 2010, England Fencing will no longer provide coach assessors for assessments of sole candidates, unless under special circumstances and then only with the agreement of the Director, Coach Education and Management. Where coach tutors have been training a single would-be coach for Level 2 and above, they should liaise with BFA HQ to find out the dates, times and locations of the nearest coach courses where an assessment is to take place and to contact that coach tutor to put their candidate on the list for assessment.
