The Hire to Buy Scheme is designed to help expand the fencing infrastructure by using the NGBs buying power and financial strength to help clubs increase the amount of kit they have available to sustain and extend their activities.

EF have activated a short survey (here) with the wish that all English university clubs will participate.  It should allow us to gather information on your 'health'.  The results will hopefully allow more focused attention to the needs of the sector so that clubs that need help to build can be given support where possible.  The survey was briefly trialled by Birmingham and Portsmouth during its development, it is by no means comprehensive but hopefully allows us to take a pulse.  EF hopes you can find the time to help us.
